Settings are chosen from preset inspect(EC) specifications X 10
tables, AGC specifications X 10 tables and judge specifications X 10 tables.
AGC(Auto Gain Control) to compensate the detecting sensitivity
by the dedicated probe with distance detecting coil from lift-off
deviation is equipped normally.
Automatic inspection system is built up easily by being assembled
in the existing inspection line.
Several units can be integrated to realize multi-channel inspection.

are input easily by direct key SW.
Automatic inspection line is easily set up by integrating
the unit onto the existing inspection line.
Several units of ET-5002 can be integrated to realize
multi-channel inspection.

Automatic inspection for disk, hub, spindle, valve lifter,
rack shaft, stud bolt, valve sheet, bearing, connecting rod, ball joint.
Penetrating coil use :
Automatic inspection for pipes or wires of stainless,
copper and aluminum steel.

Variable frequency from 100Hz to 79KHz(100Hz step). Both penetration
coil and probe coil as sensor are used to cover wide application.
Stable inspection by digital set of both X and Y axis.
LED monitor divided into 9 blocks displays the direction of difference
and change of properties.
